Founded in 2005, Asia Motor Works from Bhuj (Gujarat) all this time produced only large-capacity trucks with a licensed Mitsubishi Fuso Fighter cab of the 1984 model. The second generation of heavy trucks will complement the existing program of trucks with GVW of 25-31 t and tractors for operation in road trains with GVW of 40-49 t. Italian studio Stile Bertone has developed a cab in two versions especially for the new generation - short and sleeper. The dimensions of the cab, mounted on the frame, are 2307x2435x2913 mm. The cabin has an LED display with a navigator, a large storage compartment is especially emphasized - one of the largest in the class of large-tonnage vehicles. The AMW 4928 TR (49 t) truck tractor is equipped with a 267 hp Cummins diesel engine, coupled with an Eaton 9-speed gearbox. In 2012, the 25-ton AMW 2528 TP dump truck was launched.

AMW prepares to enter the rapidly growing coach and coach market in 2013. The application for joining the inter-city segment was confirmed by the premiere of the 14.3-meter 57-seater airliner AMW Magnus.
